Thank you for investing in Jessica J Dating programs, products, and coaching services. We’re committed to your growth and satisfaction, and we want to be transparent about how refunds and cancellations work. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS

All digital programs and products (including Speak To Spark Arousal, The Plug ’n’ Play Profile, Turn On Texting, Bring Her To The Brink, and Spotlight Speed Dating Recordings) are delivered instantly through our secure membership portal.
You may request a refund within sixty (60) days of your original purchase date if you are not fully satisfied with your product.
To request a refund:
  1. Email support@jessicajdating.com with your purchase receipt.
  2. Include a brief explanation of why you’re requesting the refund.
  3. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
Please note:
  • Access to all refunded materials will be revoked upon approval.
  • Abuse of refund requests (for example, repeated purchases and refunds) may result in loss of future access to our products or membership portal.
  • Refunds apply only to standalone digital products purchased through the Jessica J Dating website or portal.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
  • COACHING SERVICES: All coaching programs, including private coaching, group coaching, and mentorship programs, are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. By enrolling, you agree that: (1) You are responsible for the full payment of the program price you selected, regardless of participation level, completion status, or time elapsed. (2) Missed or canceled sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits. (3) Payment plans must be completed in full. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access until your account is current.

Please Note
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the program and the limited availability, once you place a payment to lock your membership in Spotlight Speed Dating, this payment becomes non-refundable. You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or don't use the materials at all. If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require financing (payment plan) you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program to which you originally agreed. If payments are late we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, and from Spotlight Speed Dating where applicable, until payments are again current. We also reserve the right to terminate your agreement and you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for each program that has taken place since you registered. While Jessica J Dating Co. does provide many Live programs, it is not guaranteed that each program within the 3-month agreement will be Live. Jessica J Dating Co. retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed. If you are purchasing Spotlight Speed Dating (3-month mentorship), Bring Her To The Brink (Online Learning Portal), Turn On Texting (Online Learning Portal), The Plug ‘n’ Play Profile (Online Learning Program), and Speak To Spark Arousal (Online Learning Program) you are responsible for the entire amount to which you originally agreed. There are no refunds or early terminations for these services. Nothing herein shall limit Jessica J Dating Co. from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at any time. By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree to never dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example: Paypal, AMEX, bank transfer, etc.)
  • Cancellation Policy: If the Client needs to cancel a scheduled session, (i) the Client must notify the Schedule Coordinator before the session, and (ii) the Client must provide a valid and justifiable reason for cancellation, so as not to incur loss of the non-refundable session completely.
  • Professional Conduct Clause: Coaching clients are expected to maintain professional, respectful communication at all times. Harassment, vulgar language, sexually explicit comments, aggressive or threatening behavior, or any other form of disrespect toward Jessica J or her team will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
  • Participation and Responsibility Clause: Coaching success requires active participation. Coaching clients agree to complete assignments, attend scheduled sessions, and implement the strategies provided. Failure to participate, refusal to follow coaching direction, or repeated cancellations may result in removal from the program without refund.
  • Boundaries and Access Clause: Coaching access is limited to the communication channels, call schedule, and response windows outlined in the program description. Excessive messaging, repeated demands for unscheduled time, or attempts to bypass boundaries will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in termination of access without refund.
  • Termination Clause: Jessica J reserves the right to terminate this coaching relationship at any time if the client’s behavior creates an unsafe, hostile, or unproductive environment, or if the client breaches any terms of this agreement. In such cases, any remaining sessions or payments will be canceled, and the client will retain access only to materials already delivered.
  • Refund and Value Clause: All payments for coaching services are non-refundable. If services are terminated by Jessica J due to client misconduct or breach of agreement, the client forfeits any unused portion of the program. Digital materials delivered prior to termination are considered received and of full value.
  • Legal Protection Clause: Any form of harassment, defamation, or threat toward Jessica J, her team, or other clients will be documented and may be pursued legally. Jessica J maintains the right to report inappropriate or threatening communication to relevant authorities.
  • DIGITAL PRODUCTS: All digital programs and products (including Speak To Spark Arousal, The Plug ’n’ Play Profile, Turn On Texting, Bring Her To The Brink, and Spotlight Speed Dating Recordings) are delivered instantly through our secure membership portal. You may request a refund within sixty (60) days of your original purchase date if you are not fully satisfied with your product. See our Return Process for refund instructions.
  • COACHING SERVICES (restated for clarity): All coaching programs, including private coaching, group coaching, and mentorship programs, are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. By enrolling, you agree that you’re responsible for full payment; missed/canceled sessions are not refundable; and payment plans must be completed in full.
  • TERMINATION (restated): Jessica J reserves the right to terminate any coaching relationship at her discretion if a client’s conduct becomes hostile, unsafe, or in breach of this agreement. In such cases, all remaining sessions are canceled, and the client retains access only to materials already delivered.
  • PAYMENT DISPUTES: By purchasing any product or service, you agree not to dispute any authorized payments or initiate chargebacks. Jessica J Dating Co. reserves the right to pursue recovery of all disputed amounts, collection costs, and legal fees as permitted by law.
